Faith is a very dynamic, entertaining and thought-provoking speaker. Her topics on Willful Blindness, delivered to two sets of Project Managers in Spring and Fall 2014 were very well received by the participants and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Her inspirational and educational presentation shared a captivating theory of how we go about both being willfully blind ourselves, and how we recognize but sometimes don’t act on the willful blindness of others we come into contact with. Hard-hitting in so many ways.
The preparatory work Faith puts in prior to the ‘gig’ is an area that sets her up for success – truly understanding the audience dynamics and challenges resulted in a more personalized delivery.
I particularly enjoyed Faith’s encouragement of audience participation throughout her presentation as it kept the audience engaged while providing an opportunity to practice new thought processes.
The biggest value that Faith brings is her personality and ability to strike a personal chord with her audience. Long after the session was complete we still had participants discussing willful blindness, body language signals, and general leadership concepts as they relate to our environment.
I’d highly recommend Faith for any form of speaking engagement centered on her areas of expertise – she is by far one of the most accomplished speakers that I’ve had the pleasure to learn from. We will certainly be using her for future engagements.
