With so much attention on the challenge of Bully Behaviours (at work, on volunteer boards and committees; in our schools and in our families), the question begs to be asked….have we learned to speak up when we see or learn of these behaviours or are we still turning a blind eye? Have we figured out how to develop more resiliency in the face of toxic behaviour patterns or are we still making excuses and looking away? When we start to feel uncomfortable, are we running back to our rooms to colour or are we pausing to stand up, lean in and shift what we tolerate and promote. Because we believe it is possible to interrupt the shadow side of human behaviour, will we?
